Today I stumbled on two examples of photographic manipulation. One in the post-processing with Photoshop and the other by setting up scenes that did not actually occur.
Today the top-viewed photo on Yahoo! an image showing the differences between a real picture created by disgraced photographer Adnan Hajj and the “real” one from which he started. I quickly Googled this guy and found a blog written describing what the author thinks was done to manipulate the image. That article is well worth a read.
And as if that article wasn’t bothersome enough, the next one I found on the same Google search is even more stomach-turning. A sequence of pictures taken after Qana bombing clearly show that a child’s body was used across many hours in different locations for photographic purposes.
